1. Introduction

proSEED is a blockchain and AI-powered superapp connecting users with campaigns, freelancing, eCommerce, jobs, collaborations, social interaction, wallet/payment tools, and AI assistance. These Terms explain the rules that apply when you use proSEED’s website, app, and ecosystem services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use proSEED in your jurisdiction. Some features may require age, identity, business, KYC, KYB, sanctions, risk, or other compliance checks before access is granted or rewards are released.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting login credentials, securing wallets and devices, and all actions performed through your account. Notify proSEED promptly if you believe your account, wallet, or device access has been compromised.

4. Platform Features

proSEED may provide access to TGE Hub and campaign participation, GIG Portal, Sphere marketplace, Commitry, Social Interaction Hub, proGENT AI, proSEED Wallet, jobs and collaborations, premium subscriptions, credits, tickets, and related ecosystem utilities.

5. User Conduct

Users must not scam, spam, impersonate others, manipulate referrals, submit fake proofs, abuse campaigns, harass users, upload illegal content, infringe rights, bypass security, disrupt service, or attempt to exploit proSEED, other users, campaigns, or marketplace participants.

6. Campaigns, Rewards, CRED, PXP, and PSDT

Campaign rewards may depend on eligibility, verification, campaign rules, availability, and compliance checks. CRED, PXP, PSDT, airdrops, campaign rewards, token-related access, and similar benefits are not guaranteed unless clearly stated in official campaign rules or signed platform commitments.

7. GIG Portal Terms

Freelancers and clients are responsible for clear scopes, truthful profiles, milestone requirements, delivery standards, communication, dispute evidence, and reviews. Escrow and milestone releases are handled according to posted GIG rules, platform records, and dispute outcomes.

8. Sphere Marketplace Terms

Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful products, delivery expectations, and customer support. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings before purchase. Escrow checkout, delivery-provider support, disputes, refunds, prohibited products, and seller verification are handled according to marketplace rules.

9. Wallet, Payments, On/Off-Ramp, and Crypto Transactions

Crypto transactions may be irreversible and asset prices may fluctuate. Users are responsible for wallet actions, addresses, transaction approvals, network fees, and compliance with local laws. Third-party ramp, payment, wallet, chain, or financial providers may apply their own terms and risk checks.

10. proGENT AI and AI Features

proGENT and other AI features provide assistance for onboarding, discovery, recommendations, support, accessibility, and moderation workflows. AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Users should verify important outputs, especially financial, legal, security, medical, tax, compliance, or technical decisions.

11. Fees, Premium Products, Credits, and Tickets

proSEED may charge fees for premium subscriptions, credits, tickets, campaign tools, marketplace utilities, payment processing, or other services. Purchases and refunds are governed by the posted rules at the time of purchase, applicable law, and any third-party provider terms.

12. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to rights held by others. By using proSEED, you grant proSEED the rights needed to host, display, distribute, translate, moderate, process, and adapt your content for platform operation, safety, analytics, support, and user experience.

13. Moderation and Enforcement

proSEED may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, investigate abuse, withhold or reverse platform-level benefits, or take other reasonable action where fraud, abuse, policy violations, legal risk, or platform harm is suspected.

14. Third-Party Services

proSEED may integrate third-party providers, including blockchain networks, wallets, payment and ramp providers, AI providers, delivery providers, analytics tools, identity providers, and infrastructure services. Their own terms, fees, and availability may apply.

15. Disclaimers

proSEED does not guarantee uninterrupted service, investment outcomes, campaign rewards, token price performance, marketplace results, user income, error-free AI outputs, or that every feature will remain available in every jurisdiction.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, proSEED is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, tokens, opportunities, or expected rewards arising from use of the platform.

17. Changes to Terms

proSEED may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Where required, proSEED will provide notice through the website, app, email, or other reasonable channels. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
